About us

Bill Mullins (MRIAI) established his architecture pratice in 1987. The practice is situated on 17 South Mall, Cork. As a member of the Royal Institute of Architects Ireland he is dedicated to quality and design. It is this dedication and experience that he can offer to you when you choose to build.

The emphasis of the practice is on housing and extensions. This consists of one-off houses, extensions and housing developments. The developments range in size from 5 to 300 houses. An example of the type of Development is Mitchell’s Court in Kerry Pike, Co. Cork.

An example of the type of work is this renovation of a derelict coach house. By combining the traditional building and modern design he has been able to create a unique building. This attention to detail and innovative thinking is the reason that the practice has such a strong reputation.
